Purchases, Refunds and Cancellations

These terms apply when you purchase coaching sessions, packages or programs from Embodiment Protocol, LLC through this website or a payment link we send you.

Payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Refunds. If you choose to end a coaching package or program before it is complete, send written notice to embodimentprotocol@icloud.com. You will receive a pro-rated refund for your unused sessions, calculated as the total amount you paid divided by the total number of sessions in your package, multiplied by the number of sessions remaining. Sessions already held, and sessions forfeited under the cancellation policy below, are not refundable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations and Rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. A single session cancelled with 48 hours' notice or more may be rescheduled or refunded in full. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and are not refunded or rescheduled. If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule it at a time that works for you, or refund that session if we cannot find one.

Questions About a Charge. If anything about a charge looks wrong or unfamiliar, please email embodimentprotocol@icloud.com before contacting your bank. We will respond within two business days and work with you to make it right.

Signed Agreements. If you have signed a Coaching Services Agreement with Embodiment Protocol, LLC, the payment, refund and cancellation terms in that agreement apply where they differ from this section.
